• Work Done before 2021 Planting season, roughly 2500 acres on planter since work was done - REPLACED ALL DISC OPENERS. ADJUSTED GAUGE WHEELS. ADJUSTED DEPTH OF WHEELS. REPLACED PARALLEL HARDWARE AS NEEDED. REPLACED ROW CLEANER BEARINGS AS NEEDED. REPLACED ALL CLOSING WHEEL BRACKET BUSHINGS AND ALIGNED THEM. REPLACED PIVOT PIN LEFT WING WHEEL.
• CHECKED ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ON ALL METERS. OPENED METERS AND CHECKED SEALS. WELDED CRACKS IN WING HINGE. FREED UP ALL GREASE ZERKS. GREASED ALL GREASE ZERKS. CHECKED TRACK WHEEL BEARINGS AND ADJUSTE. REMOVED TRACKS,INSTALLED AND ALIGNED THEM.
• INSTALLED ALL NEW SEED TUBE GUARDS. REPLACED ON LOWER ROW UNIT. REPLACED PINS, BUSHINGS AND A SPINNDLE ON THE RIGHTT TRACK.
